To stay updated on your order's journey, we'll send you a tracking link via email and message. Alternatively, you can log in to your GiPP account to track your order directly.
We stand by our products with a 30-day no-reason return policy, starting from the date of delivery. If you're not completely satisfied, we'll provide a full refund for your returned item.
For any quality issues within the 1-year warranty period, please don't hesitate to contact our customer service department. Our warranty covers the replacement of the entire item with a new one, excluding damages caused by the customer.
Delivery Method, Shipping Cost, and Timeframe
- Standard Shipping: We offer Standard UPS Ground Delivery with a cost of 59, and you can expect delivery within 2-7 days upon dispatch.

- GiPP does not offer office pick-ups.
- We are not responsible for issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. Additional charges may apply for re-delivery in such cases.

- Orders are dispatched within 1-2 business days after confirmation. While we aim for timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances with third-party courier partners may cause delays.
